Return Window
You may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns initiated after this 30-day window cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included
- Free from damage caused by misuse or improper handling
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, or that are returned without original packaging, may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@crackerbarrellink.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item to our return address (provided below).
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free of charge. We do not charge restocking fees. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping cost, depending on the return method.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. This timeline is determined by your bank or payment provider, not by Crackerbarrellink.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain personal care items and intimate products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
